“Welcome to DayBreak Life Coaching LLC.

There seems to be a lot of confusion out there about what life coaching is all about, and I’d like to take a moment and explain to you what it is and what it is not..

Life Coaches work with people who are motivated enough to want to solve a problem, change a behavior, or create a better sense of purpose and well being in their lives.

Life Coaches do not diagnose mental health-related conditions, nor do we provide psychotherapy or counseling for diagnosed mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders.

Many refer to Life Coaching as “talking therapy,” but in my practice I prefer to define it as “listening therapy.” You have the power to change your life in positive and productive ways. My job is to guide you in the direction of your goals with clarity and confidence.

And, although absolutely everyone can benefit in some way from experiencing interaction with a Life Coach, this process of self-discovery is not for everyone. As you read through this website to learn more about the DayBREAK philosophy, decide for yourself what might work best for you!”

Strategies

Parenting Coordination and Co-Parenting Education

In my roles as court appointed Parenting Coordinator and as Co-Parenting educator my approach is to moderate behaviors and improve communication skills that lead to more harmonious, healthful, and positive outcomes for children. Improving parental understanding of their obligations to the Court Order and Parenting Plan are a central theme in my efforts to improve their performance as co-parents. Coordinating these efforts with community organizations and professional resources enhances the level of support for struggling parents and increases their level of success.

Integrative Strategies for Life Coaching

Strategies vary among coaches; however, basic techniques are established by professional organizations that accredit Life Coach certification programs and guide the healing processes for individuals facing challenges in their personal lives. I have found great success using both the holistic and semi-structured inquiry-based exploratory methods. The inquiry-based exploratory method guides question and answer sessions that generate clarity for the client, as well as goal setting and attainment over time. Holistic coaching is a powerful strategy for approaching every aspect of a person's life – body, mind, and spirit – helping individuals access their full potential and make transformational changes.
